Privacy and cookies

Yliades publishes and operates the website which is accessible at the following address: (hereinafter referred to as the Site), which is a non-retail site designed to present the company’s ranges and products.
In the framework of the Site’s operation, Yliades sets great store in respecting privacy and the personal data of the site’s users (hereinafter referred to as Users or the User). Yliades undertakes to implement the appropriate measures to ensure compliance with the modified French Data Freedom Act No.78-17 of 6 January 1978, and the European regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
This Policy on Privacy and the management of cookies aims to inform the Site’s Users about the way in which their personal data may be collected and processed by Yliades.


The entity in charge of the processing of personal data on the Site in the framework of the relationship between Yliades and the Users is:
YLAIDES, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €608.250,00 registered with the BORDEAUX Trade and Companies Registy as 532 429 081. The head office is located at rue Radio Londres - 33130 BEGLES.


In the framework of the Site’s operation, Yliades may collect personal data concerning Users. This data is processed in accordance with the end purposes described in article 3 of this privacy policy.

Thus, Yliades may collect personal data:

  • In the event of information requests, complaints, or any contact by a User with Yliades’s customer service
  • In the event of information requests or e-mails sent direct to Yliades.
  • When the User accesses the site.

Whatever the collection method, Yliades undertakes to inform Users of the end purpose of processing, the mandatory or optional nature of the replies submitted, any consequences for them in the absence of a reply, the intended recipients of the data, the existence and methods for exercising their rights of accessing, rectifying, and opposing the processing of their data.

The data that may be collected and processed by Yliades for the fulfilment of the end purposes described in article 3 of this privacy policy concern:

  • the Users’ identification data:
    title, last names, first names, postal, telephone and electronic contact details, if applicable a copy of the identity card or a copy of the identity document with a view to providing proof of entitlement to a right to access, rectify, oppose or meet a legal obligation.
  • the User’s connection details (IP address, technical data).


This various data is collected to ensure:

  • the proper functioning of the Site
  • the management of the various requests expressed via the contact form
  • the management of requests concerning access, rectification, and opposition rights concerning personal data processed by Yliades
  • the creation of statistics designed to improve the Site’s functioning.

Yliades may communicate this data for legal and/or regulatory purposes.


Yliades undertakes to store the collected data in a format that allows for the identification of the persons concerned for a period that does not exceed the time required for the end purposes for which it is collected and processed.

Users’ personal data may not be kept longer than the time needed for the management of the commercial relationship, with the exception of certain data archived in accordance with the provisions in force (in particular those provided for in the Code of Commerce, the Civil Code, and the Consumer Code), whenever its conservation is required for establishing proof of a right or a contract or by virtue of compliance with a legal obligation.

Exceptionally, Users’ identification data is kept:

  • Up to three (3) years following the end of the commercial relationship
  • And up to three (3) years following its collection by Yliades or the last contact from the prospects.

After this period of three (3) years, Yliades may contact the Users again to find out whether they want to continue to receive commercial offers. In the absence of a positive reply from them, their data will be deleted or archived in accordance with the provisions in force.


It is recalled that Users whose personal data is processed benefit from the right to access, rectify and oppose the processing of their personal data in accordance with articles 38 and following of the modified Law No.78-17 referred to as the “Data Freedom Act” and the European regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Also, under certain conditions, Users benefit from a right to delete their data as well as to the portability of their data. Also, in accordance with the Law No. 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016 for a Digital Republic, Users are able to give instructions about the fate of their personal data after their death.

These rights may be exercised on simple request by sending a letter to the Yliades head office or an e-mail to along with proof of identity and a legitimate reason, if it’s required by law.

In the case of the copy of identity documents being sent, these are kept for one (1) year if collected for the purpose of verifying the identity of Users wishing to exercise their right to access or rectification and three (3) years in the case of collection for the purpose of verifying the identity of Users wishing to exercise their right of opposition. The same applies to any other data collected in the event of Users exercising their right of opposition.


Yliades may be required to communicate personal data collected on the Site to its internal services, sub-contractors, or commercial partners which, in particular, ensure:

  • the implementation of advertising CONTENT
  • the implementation of commercial operations
  • the monitoring of the commercial relationship with Users
  • the management of the Site’s hosting and maintenance services
  • the control of Yliades’s activity (services in charge of internal control procedures, etc.)

Yliades also reserves the right to send personal data collected on the Site in order to meet its legal obligations and, in particular, if it is forced to do so by requisition order.


Yliades uses login data (date, time, Internet address, the User’s computer protocol, page viewed) and cookies (small files saved on the User’s computer) that allow the latter to be identified, to memorize browsing paths and benefit from the Sites’s audience measurements and statistics, in particular concerning the pages viewed. This Site uses functional and technical cookies that mainly help to improve your browsing. These send information to our site and your browser: memorization of information concerning a form (username, address), display preferences for your terminal (language, resolution), security measures such as the expiry of your session, etc. By default, the browser accepts cookies present on websites. However, you remain in control of the installation of these cookies because it is possible for you to configure your browser to:

  • Accept or refuse the cookies on the Site
  • Systematically refuse all cookies
  • Ask for your consent for each cookie encountered when browsing the Internet.

If you opt to block our cookies, we wish to inform you that some of the Site’s features and ease of browsing may be deactivated.

In all cases, cookies stored in your terminal or any other similar element used to identity you for statistical or audience purposes will have a lifespan limited to a maximum of 13 months, with this period not being extended automatically when you make new visits to the SITE. After this, brut traffic data associated with a username is either deleted or made anonymous.


Yliades takes the necessary precautions with regard to the type of data and risks presented by processing in order to protect the security of data and, in particular, prevent it from being deformed, damaged, or to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing it.
